Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and we do guarantee 24-hour dispatch on some product lines.
If an item in your order is out of stock we will contact you with expected ETA.
We will contact you upon receipt of your order for expected lead times for all made-to-order / pre-order items.
We offer Australia-wide shipping on all of our products, even our largest and heaviest items. Freight prices are based on weight.
We predominately use Australia Post to deliver most of our orders as we find them to be the most reliable to all areas within Australia, and particularly when delivering to remote areas within Australia. Postage prices are based on weight and all items are packed thoroughly to ensure you receive your order in the best possible condition. Where Australia Post does not offer a service, due to the size and weight of your purchase, we will arrange alternative delivery by a different provider.
We also use our courier service to deliver bulkier & or heavier items - please contact us for delivery times & shipper details to your area.
Delivery varies on whether you are located in a city or regional area. If you require your order by a particular date please indicate this on your order and we will do our best and request to deliver it by that date.
Returns and refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping is based on cost at time of processing your return label; the amount will be deducted from your return refund amount and is based on size, weight and distance.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned - such as special orders, pre-orders and ‘made to order’ items.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
